Mobile information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. Consent to receive marketing text messages is voluntary and is never a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
1. Program Description & Campaign Message Types
NestEggWatch provides automated SMS notifications and market updates for stock market investors and subscribers. Supported campaign message types:
- Marketing & Promotional Updates: Market commentary, platform feature announcements, investing insights, and promotional offers from NestEggWatch.
- Stock Price Target Alerts: Real-time automated text notifications dispatched when monitored stocks or ETFs reach or cross user-configured target prices.
- Account & Status Confirmations: Opt-in welcome messages, status updates, and cancellation confirmations.
2. Opt-In & Marketing Consent Disclosure
Opt-in is strictly voluntary. End users subscribe via an optional standalone affirmative checkbox on our web forms (unchecked by default). Submitting a phone number without checking the optional consent box will not result in SMS enrollment. Consent to receive marketing and promotional text messages is completely voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods, services, or property.
3. Opt-Out & Unsubscribe
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to our number. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe request via text, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

5. Cost & Carriers
NestEggWatch does not charge a fee for SMS alerts under our current Free Plan. However, standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
